The International Journal of Computing Technology and Information Security is a peer-reviewed international Computer Science research journal, which publishes original contributions and research articles from academicians, researchers, scientists and industrial practitioners. IJCTIS identifies the major theoretical and practical issues pertaining to the various computing technologies and information security arena and provides vibrant opportunities for the research delegates to exchange new dreams, experiences, practical challenges and solutions adopted. IJCTIS will also publish reviews offering evaluations and critical interpretations of recent studies and theories.
As Computing Technology and Information Security have emerged as the recognized professional fields, the contributions continued to grow around the competing demands of theory, research and practice. In the research space, both academicians and practitioners rarely contribute their thoughts, insights, diverse perspectives on each other and the researches do not reach the level of today's demands.
The main objectives of IJCTIS are to present the key approaches, research lines, and challenges encountered in the fields of Computing Technology and Information Security and to bridge the gap between research contributions provided by the academicians and meet the expectations of the research communities and IT practitioners. The scope of this journal is to publish the highest quality research papers from the academicians, research scholars, scientists and practitioners in the fields of soft computing, cluster computing, distributed computing, utility computing, grid computing, mobile computing, cloud computing and threats, techniques, methodologies, and standards of information security.
Two Issues per year in the month of May and December.
Papers are invited from academicians, research scholars, scientists and practitioners for publication consideration. Papers should be submitted by one of the authors of the paper through Online Paper Submission System (OPSS). Only electronic PDF (.pdf) files can be submitted through the PSS. One of the corresponding authors will be required to sign up with necessary information such as name, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. This information may also be used for future paper submission. The submitting author takes the responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. If for some technical reason submission through the PSS is not possible, the author can contact ijctis@gmail.com for support.
The paper should be within, but not restricted to, a maximum of 12 pages (inclusive of all sections and illustrations) with double-line spacing, single-column per page, and clear fonts with 12-pt size. The paper may include acceptable figure formats like high-resolution JPEGs, TIFFs, and embedded figures. After submission, a reference number will be assigned to the paper and it is to be used for all future correspondence. The authors are asked to submit a final version of the manuscript in MS-WORD format by considering the format instructions given by the IJCTIS, filling out the copyright form and sending the cost of publication.
When you submit your research paper to IJCTIS, it is distributed for review and acceptance. All papers are subject to peer review and are expected to meet the standards of academic excellence. Submissions will be considered by an associate editor-in-chief and by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors. The review process depends upon the quality of the papers and the time spent for review by the reviewers. However IJCTIS endeavors to furnish the review process within 3-4 weeks for initial review.
All published research papers in IJCTIS journal undergoes rigorous peer review, based on Associate Editor-in-chief screening and by independent expert referees. IJCTIS takes great efforts to ensure the quality of all the information contained in its publications.
